Shaman/Skyseer lvl 100 Healing Build

So I wanted to make a "healer" class and didn't really like Lightbender gameplay so I was wondering if I could get a Heal Only Acolyte build? No mythics please. Preferably lvl 100 but if there's something good that's higher then I'd rather take that build.

also keep in mind numbers are inaccurate since hppeng seems to not have been updated with abso's new healing effectiveness id yet
