Mobility spell (dash) and horse-riding not working as of today

Hello,

Was getting back into the server for the past few days without any issues, but after logging in today I noticed that casting Dash does not move my character or change the health texture to indicate that Vanish is active. The particle effects are there but that's it.

Also, clicking a horse to mount results in my character staying on the ground, without being able to cast spells etc as if I am mounted. I am able to run around in this state but pressing shift to "dismount" teleports me back to the horse.

This basically exhausts my long-distance travel options making the game unplayable. Has anyone else experienced these issues?

PS: I would post a bug report in the "other issues" thread but don't seem to have permission
