Mage/Dark Wizard Does anyone have a good Fatal Build?

I need a build for Fatal Staff, I've tried everything to build it but still can't (mainly because I don't have enough stat points). So if anyone has a build for Fatal, can you help me?
- Please use WynnBuilder, because WynnData takes too long to load.
- Decent tank, about 20k-30k ehp.
- LightBender playstyle.
