How high is the chance for mythic boots?

Hey I just wanted to ask this question because it seems like pretty much all the mythics I get are boots. Ive found five in total and four of them were boots (One Dawnbreak, one Revenant, two Stardews and a Collapse lets gooo). But if you look at the wiki there is a total of 39 mythic weapons while there are only 10 Mythic boots. Even if you don't count the low level mythics there are still 34 Weapons. So How does it make sense that you more often get the Boots? Is this just my bad luck or is there an actual reason for this? Im Curious about your answers.

 

Most mythics I found in random chests were also boots, I wouldnt be surprised if this was a intentional feature in the game code.

The Silent Expanse is also called by many the Boot Expanse due to the great number of mythic boots found there, so I dont believe this is something that only the two of us are experiecing.

Really? It's a common saying in my guild, I also heard if from other players.

 

if both armor and weapons exist, then it's a 50/50 for armor/weapons
Since boots are usually the only armor mythics available you will be getting boots half the time
however in the lr reward chest all mythics have equal chance so you will be getting boots like a fifth of the time

 

no they do not. maybe 6 or 7 people call it that
