Which Client side mods are allowed?

I would like to know if the following mods are allowed, and if not which ones? (if need I can add their modpages if that's allowed);

Mousetweaks
JEI(and/or variations of it)
Appleskin
Jade(and it's variations of it)
Equipment Compare
Performance mods such as - Sodium, Iris, Lithium, etc

 

I can safely say that the Performance Mods are 100% fine

Why do you need JEI, anyway?

 

Not sure if I would need it, hoping it might tell me crafting stuff with the random mob loot stuff lol

 

But the server doesn't have Minecraft crafting

 

BUT IMAGINE, A JEI FOR WYNNCRAFT CRAFTS! Just mod in the Wynnbuilder, wynnapi, and the ingredients list, to make a list of every item, every id, and how to craft any item with any stat, right inside your inventory!
