Crafting question

On my new class, i have decided to try crafting some wands and stuff for myself, but the wands i craft are worse then the ones i find, but I have heard that crafting can make extremely good items, better then looted items. At what level does that apply? At what level of crafting can I make a wand better than the level 10 wands i find?

 

I mean, all it takes to make an incredibly op earlygame weapon is just a single tier 6 powder on a weapon with a fast attack speed
Really should not worry about crafting in the earlygame (unless you're planning to make some makeshift therck set or something)

this is on a new class where i want to try and do more crafting, which i never touched on my main

 

mostly just that the raw damage boost from powders is really op in earlygame
Using powders in recipes is pretty useless though (especially due to sp requirement), just apply them normally

As for ingredients you could use a quick wynndata search (yes, wynndata) should suffice
Personally I like corrupt chain and Defender's stone since they give nice raw boosts

 

I just want a wand that does more dps then meltok. My one craft success is making some leggings, better then my current

also just use spiketop
118 or so hp is really good
also use audacity
damage boost is great

that's optimal
if you don't have two rarities just use whatever lol
rings earlygame are pretty useless
(morph-topaz works fine once you can use them)

 

Also all the ingredients are crazy expensive :(

 

yah, that happens
those are the only really good ingredients at-level and you can reuse the stuff though so it's not all bad
Alternatively just use a bunch of strong flesh. cheap and easy, and strong enough tbh
(still use spiketop and audacity, maybe chimera if you're high enough level)

audacity is pretty good (tbf it is earlygame so it doesn't matter much) you can buy it if the emeralds don't matter that much to you. I don't know how rich you are
spells are REALLY weak in earlygame since you don't have access to many abilities and most items have at most 8 mana regen and like 10% spell damage. you're not gonna get any -spell cost things btw (pretty sure the first items with -spell cost ids are the grookwarts accessories)
just use sturdy flesh when you can. the rest should be strong flesh if you don't want to use corrupted frags, defender's stones, or corrupt chains
if you're REALLY budgeting then use beak of the nivlan beauty instead of sturdy flesh
That's the best you're gonna get at this level.
