Arguments for Wynncraft Superiority

but there's still aspects of it which are objective. it's not subjective which has a larger and more detailed map, or deeper gameplay mechanics or such, those are just objective metrics which you can use to argue why you enjoy it. same goes for money and amount of staff members and players, though those are arguably less important metrics (but that's also subjective). sure, he can enjoy hsb more than wynncraft despite the areas that it's objectively inferior, as those aspects might not matter to him as much in his subjective view, but those are still indisputable facts that he can't just "nuh uh" his way out of.
The subjectivity lies in how much different aspects matter to his experience and enjoyment and not which game has a bigger map or more items or deeper gameplay since those are somewhat measurable.
anyway this is looking way too deep into a middle school argument about whose favourite video game is better

Cringe Skyblock microtransactions: Have players buy a rank to avoid being cyberbullied for being a non, and the cookie thing is basically irl trading.

Chad Wynncraft microtransactions(wait how is microtransaction possibly chad?): Have bombs, mob totems etc benefit other players too so instead of dividing the community it unites them.

no. If someone made an amazing piece of art, to rival the mona lisa, and then built a museum and hung it up there, and someone else made a pretty low tier piece of art, that is boring and not good, and hung it up in the Louvre, which one would get seen more? Obviosly the bad one. The bad one is HSB, the louvre is hypixel network, and wynncraft is better but noone will find it

 

Having spent a few hours on both, they're completely different and, to me, have very little in common. The enjoyment one gets out of it depends on which mechanics they prefer.

Wynn focuses on quests, worldbuilding and combat. Professions, Lootrunning, Raids, all the grinding parts are not the primary gameplay and aren't integral to the Wynncraft experience.

On HSB the grinding is the gameplay, the whole point is seeing the numbers get ridiculously high by doing the same thing thousands of times. Also HSB has a lot of the same mechanics as vanilla minecraft, namely crafting, that are not on Wynn.

That being said they do not sound like they want to hear any argument and you should therefore just stick a stick of dynamite in their bag.
