New to Minecraft Servers, WoW/W101 player

Hi, I'm Jesse or Stealthybeef. I'm 24, married, and nonbinary(agender) and have no pronoun preferences. Most give me he/him pronouns and am used to that.

As a kid (10/11), my mom didn't really buy me any video games, so I pirated. And Minecraft is probably the first game I did, and I loved it. Been playing it on and off since, and I'm 24 now, time flies. With that pirated version I couldn't play online, and it was stuck in beta 1.8 loved it, and stuck with it for some years. When I got my first job, at 19 I bought Minecraft and quite a few others. Since I played Single Player for so long, I couldn't get the appeal of multiplayer honestly. It wasn't until I'd say last year I saw it through a different lens and really tried servers. Unfortunately I only knew the most popular and pay to win servers so I once again kind of discarded them for the most part and occasionally played a couple unique ones from time to time. This is the first server that I feel genuinely interested in, and I'm really excited to start playing and maybe meeting new people/friends!

Outside of Minecraft I play World of Warcraft. I like most expansions and enjoy the grind and the sheer amount there is to do. Love collecting, doing professions, and love the grind. I've also played a ton of Wizard101 when I was younger, and still play on occasion. Was always a casual player for these types of games, but am very competitive in platforming and 'speedrun' games. I love platformers and doing things quickly, and am currently 3rd place in the any% category of 'Refunct' on Nintendo Switch. Each console/platform is a bit different from the rest, but the Switch takes the cake in terms of slowest/hardest to play. One day I'll go back to it.
