SPOILER What are your hopes and worries for Fruma?

Underwater barriers are a thing starting in Minecraft 1.20.2 but that's too distant a version for Wynn

Also I guess Fruma is now slowly becoming a lake, sucks for them

 

how are underwater barriers a thing? i am curious

 

If you didn't know, you can add water to some blocks in Minecraft 1.13+
Barriers became one of them in 1.20.2

Its like twice the size of Corkus and the space is used to effectively it's a bit absurd

 

Hopes: shaman endgame is buffed, shadstep buff, and new boss alters and more than 1 or 2 cities like in se and corkus.

fears: people will complain a lot about fruma for some reason

other then that I believe they are cooking up a great update

my main concern is that its going to be lackluster. looking at the map and seeing that its about the same size as SE, though much flatter, makes me nervous that its not gonna be massive and packed with content like wynn and gavel and its gonna be like corkus where you go there for 10-20 levels then leave to the next area. I have hopes that its gonna be great cause the content team writes some amazing stuff but also I'm worried that its not going to be a huge area, especially considering how mysterious it sounds, and that its one of the oldest provinces and the place we came from.

 

Fear: the map will not get much expansion after fruma

 

Not if my Dern suggestion was accepted, it made Dern the size of gavel.
It also increased the level cap to 180

Hopes: Fruma has nothing to do with dern and is it's own thing, tying to the rest of Wynncraft's lore through secret discoveries and not the main story. Player origin, more Dr Picard, oh and Sohso too.
Fears: Fruma has ties to dern, They throw two characters you don't know, like they did for Silent Expanse, and then have Tasim as well and he and you are the only ones who survive. The Fruman queen ends up being "good" and no more Dr Picard.
