In my humble opinion, yes. I've made builds with 50k ehp without tomes or WFA.

Oh sorry, said that wrong. I meant a build with that much EHP that did damage. It was more like an ETFA build.

Comment (if any): expensive meteors and pretty low mana sustain, but you have a bit of int and manastorm and you're arcanist so you should be fine. ehp is fine and max health is low, but you got nice life steal cuz quetz.

can use Synapse instead of Atlas for more dps, but you'll have to deal with the very fast attack speed.

Cursed in concept but not in practice. Below 0, stats like intelligence have no effect, and -spell cost(%) is still available, plus arcanist comes with its own mana regen.
