Ophanim skill + Arcane transfer does it work?

As the Titel already asks does it work if i use arcane transfer and ophanim? cause Arcane transfer wont block Ophanim and says that the meteors add 5 mana to mana bank for dmg etc etc. and ophanim says that it transforms Meteors into light orbs so does it still work if i get ophanim? ( i know it blocks the Pshycokinesis part but thats something i would take for more dmg)

 

What would be the point of using arcane transfer with ophanim?
Firstly, unless you're using some wacky ice snake damage build, what would you do with the extra mana? Constantly recasting Ophanim is generally not something you want to do anyway, since you can heal the orbs. Also, healing the orbs counts towards other lightbender abilities (fortitude and sunflare I think) which give pretty strong buffs. Additionally, extra ability points should be put towards other abilities that increase your damage like some riftwalker abilities (windsweeper, breathless, more winded) or lightbender abilities like stronger ophanim and divination

 

It is possible yes, but it's really really bad. I advise you to take a different atree path for now.
