Why is There no Nemract Emblem?

As many of you probably know, the great cities of Wynn plus Selchar has some sort of emblem (see pictures). Four emblems are also hanging in Detlas to show directions to the nearest cities, these being Ragni, Nemract, Almuj and Nesaak. However, Nemract does'nt have a physical emblem placed in the world like the other cities have (at least I have'nt found it). So my question is, is there an emblem placed in Nemract and if not, why? Would it be for lore reasons (it being destroyed by the corrupteds or something) or did the creators just forget/decide not to build one? What do you think? Pure guesses are very welcome!

 

There used to be! It was displayed on the front and back of the bank building's top part (now it's just wood with empty signs). This video shows it briefly. I don't know why they removed it, but I once made a personal resource pack that showed which TP scroll went where. This was Nemract's:

 

their ass is kinda broke and they're only a town, not a walled off fort city ( wait nesaak isn't a walled off fort either) so I guess the mayor decided not to build one to save money (I'm so bad at theorising)

Theory: drunken sailors kept stealing the emblem so they just gave up on keeping one out
