Hey everyone, I wanted to just make a poll on whether any of the classes feel nerfed after the update.

Personally, I'm an Archer main. Pre-update Archer was usable for loot running since you could find some tricky ways to stay alive. After the update, it feels almost impossible to stay alive in some missions (for example the circles on some missions are so small that there isn't a way for me to actually move around and avoid being killed in combination with higher platforms now having mobs to kill you if you try using them to avoid ground mobs.)
It seems that the meta was warrior and after the update, it feels like the only viable options are warrior and potentially mage (due to heals but I'm not sure about this one).

Please let me know what you all think, cheers!

I actually feel that archer is pretty strong except for a few challenges, where you mention that the circles are too small. Some of the circles from this last patch became a lot less forgiving...

I've noticed this specifically at the puppet destroy, where you can barely even go in a circle around the pillar. I've also seen this circle at collapsed passageway which is almost impossible to circle strafe in now, due to the extra building/barriers. Statue Necropolis also pulls you back in extremely fast, which is very disorienting.

Personally, I feel like the easy fix is to make the range slightly bigger for the smaller challenges, but also incorporate some better strafing patterns into the environment. The best example I can think of right now would be Destroy Spire of Eyes. Rn the circle is very small and you have to stay low to not trigger the tree mobs. They should really make that area more flat, or put slabs to help ground speed builds/boons to function better there.

I have gotten to hate challenges such as graveyard of a thousand and slay groups in the olmic city and forest of eyes on archer.
They take so long to do, only using trapper archtype seems to help a bit.
Never had much issues with the destroy missions.

I've been playing the loot run more (Archer using Trapper archetype) and for some challenges, it's not bad but for others, it feels like I'm being punished for playing Trapper.

For some sections (like you mentioned) you can't strafe or theirs no more builds accessible so people can't cheese, making it so if I use an arrow bomb it just becomes a series of being blown away, leaving the circle, being pushed back in, blown away again, pushed back in, blown away, pushed back in, dead. Some of these missions, unless done early, just feel impossible to do.

The anti-cheese sections also feel either useless or punishing for archer players. I understand why they have the anti-cheese systems now however this basically just forces Warrior to be the best class (since I think a lot of Archer plays require a certain lvl of cheesing.) On top of that, other missions (in Lutho at least) have the exact same cheese method work if you're fast enough and can get to it before the circle is formed OR they were removed and replaced with new cheese methods that are ALOT easier to pull off.
It just feels like archer players are being pushed by either replacing difficult/fun cheese methods with others that are stupidly easy to do (so theirs just alot less risk with some of them now) or they limited the circle too much to stop cheesing that it just feels unplayable for archers.

Let me know what you think.

Yeah, the areas now are so tiny that a lot of challenges seem way too difficult. There are some challenges I just view as basically impossible after you get a ways in, especially since I think they buffed enemy damage for some of them.

as far as archer archetypes go imo trapper is the best one for lootrunning since bomb makes it harder for things to hit you
i do think that the new circles are way too small, literally unplayable as boltslinger(tho it might just be a skill issue)
