New guy! Hello everyone

Hello everyone, made an account 10 years ago actually lol and started playing a little bit, but never stuck with it. Well, fast forward, I am 31 years old and I have a wife and kids. I've played just about every MMO there is to play (at least it seems) and.....I actually came back here because of the simplicity, yet depth that the game has to offer.

I know the population demographics is quite a bit younger, but I am hoping to find some folks that are closer to my age. Doesn't mean I am not willing to play with the younger crowd though, just here to have fun and enjoy the game! I am currently a Dark Wizard/Arcanist (lvl 50). I haven't done too much other than PvE and progress through the levels and quests, but I would like to PvP eventually, start warring with my guild, and see what the game has to offer.

Welcone back magician! Glad to see people returning, even after so many years, not many do... Anyways, I am sure you got many stories from the time of your retirement, how about we go to the local pub and exchange some?

I would forget to ask, what is your area of interest? Combat, history, the world... what draws you in the most?

Also don't worry about your age, once you are here, the only thing that matters is how well you can swing your weapon and whether your name is Bob, we still haven't weeded out this one

 

Good to be back! I really don't have many stories haha, I honestly don't remember much. I played Dungeon Realms for a long time, came here when it died and really only played for a month or so, if that. However, what draws me here? I really like MMORPGs and I have basically played just about any popular one nowadays (WoW, FFXIV, GW2, Everquest, Ultima Online, New World, etc) and none of them really grab me anymore. I think the simplicity of this server, yet it being still fairly deep, is what really draws me in. I just joined a guild yesterday, trying to learn the ropes and eventually get into PvP.

 

You speak of worlds I have never ueard of. What are they like? Do they have Corruption too, are they in an eternal war? Or was fate merciful to them and allowed them to live in peace?

I know this is most likely futile, but do you happen to have some mementos of your previous service? Images, perhaps?

Also PvP is not really a thing here, not common nor balanced.

Do not think this game is a kids' game. It is a Lovecraftian Horror once you reach lvl 70ish.
