Lore/Story Uhhh should I post this?

Hi again everyone! I wanted to know the community's opinions about a thing I might post if people are curious enough.

Some months ago I wrote a trilogy of short stories which take place mostly in Wynncraft. I am gonna explain in a moment why I said mostly. This stuff is in some parts pretty weird (that's why I'm unsure about posting, although it's nothing bad), as I took all of my inspiration from an actual dream I once had which indeed took place in Wynn, and then expanded it with two and half more "books". I said "mostly in Wynncraft" before because some parts of this dream, which then got written in the story, actually take place in my southern-Italy hometown, Catanzaro, but it's negligible as it's like two chapters out of the 15+ that are there altogether.

Also, it's not the canon Wynncraft Universe, but rather a modified version where I allowed myself a lot of freedom to make the things the way I liked. The changes, other than being, well, changes, include personal theories of mine, like the fact that Lari and Bob are together in Dern, and tweaks and personal interpretations of the characters' personalities. They can range to subtle ones to really big ones (for example, the entire province of Fruma doesn't exist). My OCs Pablo and Detective Hart (I talked about them in a previous post) are featured throughout the trilogy.

Now a bit more information about the actual content of this stories; as I think that's what one can evaluate to be more or less intrested.
The first story, "When two worlds collide", is divided in two parts: in the first it's that dream I talked about before, with all due oddities and such, plus it features myself (not as my wynncraft character, like actually myself) as well as some of my classmates. I'd ofc change their names for privacy reasons. The second part is putting a somewhat logical end to my confused dream, and it's basically a mission-impossible like adventure story. As I said, pretty weird, but this is probably 'cause it all started from a dream.
The second story, "Short chronicles of an elf", is the shortest of the bunch, and it's the narration of Lari and Bob's adventures in Dern. Tbh I like this one the least, it was more of a filler between the first and the third, but I guess to you wynncrafters this is where the actual interesting part begins.
The third and last story, "The colour of the void", is a detective story which takes place in Gavel and Corkus, and has as protagonists once again Lari and Bob, as well as Detective Hart and in the last few chapters also Ava and Maxie. This has huge changes to the lore, especially the Corkus lore, the Aldorei / elves lore and the Qira Hive lore. Still, I think I did a pretty good job in creating a thrilling detective story and I'm satisfied with that.

P.S. Now some may ask: why did you just post it straight away, it's not like you bother someone. Well, yes these stories are written out already, but in italian, so posting them would mean having to translate them as well as adjusting them in some parts. If people aren't interested, it's not worth the effort.

So, in the end, I decided to not post this.

I am though in search of inspiration for writing something 100% wynncraft related, a true wynncraft story (I wish I could have another dream like that lol). But for now, I have nothing concrete in mind really. I have many unconnected ideas without any clue on how they could come together. If anyone has some other ideas for something that could possibly make a good story, sharing them would be really appreciated!

 

Well, there is a ton of potential, if you are willing to bend the lore enough. From the time of Olms and other ancients through the Desert Empire, Corruption wars, Fruma/Corkus, present... Personally I don't think I have seen much about 0AP and the beginning of the War in Wynn.

I once had an idea of doing post-player future where Corruption overtakes everything (as this is my longstanding canon, despite any evidence that might exist to say otherwise (not that it is too unreasonable btw)) and Wynn is trying to survive for as long as possible. Of course, it does not end well, due to the Corruption's nature. Btw if you want to go with it, make sure to invite me please :)

 

That is actually one of my unfinished ideas! Well, not developed at all, about it I only have in mind one single scene, a dramatic scene where Thanos is the only last city standing in the wynncraft world and in the middle of its entrance all of the citizen are panicking, except for a soldier for Wynn, the "hero" of the story, which doesn't panic because he knows everything is gonna be doomed. Other than this glimpse, I have no other development. It's surely one of the main ideas to consider.

Talking about post-player futures, I actually quite like the one I have written in that story from this thread's starting message (still won't post it yet at least cuz if I would have to do A LOT of changes), where while the player is fighting the parasite Lari and Bob actually manage to defeat the Dern beast, and anything Dern related afterwards never happens. I would like to expand more on this topic too, as I've been pretty concise in what I've already written.

As you asked me to invite you, I'm regardless really looking forward to do something together, I would really like to do my first Wynn collab! (may take a lot of time though... Yk, school)

 

My ideas were a little different, as I focused mostly on the Wynn province (because the Portal is there), e.g. the last city being Troms. Thanos (or more likely Rodoroc as it is farther) sounds possible too.
