This is my personal raid and lootrun build. It has sufficient mana sustain and good damage.

There are 32 free skill points without tomes. I put them into Strength for max damage but anything will work.

Also it has tomes, but you can take them off without losing anything but damage/walk speed.

I didn't notice it had tomes in the build lmao legit thought it was 30k w/o tomes
