Lament not working

I meet the 110 Int requirement but it still says I cannot use it. Am I missing something? I'm level 105, I've tried to respec multiple times, I've logged out and back in multiple times. I've been trying for the past week to get it to work.

A) a mage
B) not trying to cast heal as arcanist
C) actually possessing 110 intelligence
D) not playing on 1.12

 

1.12 works still i think
@Shizzaard i thnk the issue is that you are using crafted, as crafted items give skill points that do not count towards requirements

 

It is being dropped soon and if you're using wynntils for 1.12 the game will be broken as wynntils is no longer supporting 1.12

I'm still using 1.12.2 because anything past that is too laggy for me to play, and I have no issues like this. Are you actually not able to use it, or does it just have an x next to the requirement?

 

I am using a crafted ring, so I'll try to get the int some other way and hopefully get it to work. I just want a better build and that's the best wand I have. Might just go back to my morph set.

I don't really care about heal,
I do have 110 int but my crafted ring gives me 29,
and I am on 1.19.4 using Wynntils

 

That'd be it. Skill points from crafted items don't count towards the requirement for items.
