Is it possible to recover a rank and progress from an unnaccesible account?

i had progressed rather far and bought the Hero rank (as seen in my forums account) but i have since changed my mc account because of some difficulties. i now want to go back to wynn and would love my old progress and rank back. is there any way to get this back without an ability to sign into the old account?

Email [email protected] with your old account's name, new account's name and the transaction ID of your rank purchase and we will be able to transfer it to your new account.
We only transfer ranks, not progress.

 

how do i find the transaction id?

 

it is a number id you recieve when purchasing your mc account.
if you lost it maybe the mojang support service can help you.

 

Nop, i'm talking about the rank purchase transaction ID, which you can get from the email from Tebex you received right after your purchase or through your Paypal purchase history (if you used Paypal) or whatever other payment method you used.
