Community Event Wynncraft Speedrun Race! (08.21.2023)

Hello Wynncraft Forums,

I am happy to announce a race of „10 Quests” category on speedrun dot com/wynncraft.



To join the event you just simply create a video of you doing 10 (random) quests as fast as possible.

Every video has to be submitted to speedrun dot com/wynncraft in it’s category.

The rules regarding the speedrun you can find in the Game Rules tab on the website.

It will last from August 21st till end of August 23rd. (UTC time)

EDIT: Due to a high demand to make the event last a week, It will last till the end of 28th of August of 2023.

The fastest runner will be awarded 6 whole stacks of liquid emeralds.


Every run submitted before or after the event will be reviewed but not considered in the competition.

I have one question concerning what is considered a quest, or more specifically do mini-quests (Gathering, Slaying posts) count towards the category goal ?

 

Nice, I really don't think Wynncraft is speedran enough, I'm guessing because it's a multiplayer game so exploits aren't allowed.

also i got demoted from speedrun.com moderator 3 whole months ago and nobody shot me a DM - but issok i alrdy contacted Saya and im too busy to be mod rn anyway

 

You can find everything in the Rules tab on the website. Either Game Rules or Category Rules ;)

you should def extend the time limit or there's just gonna be 2 submissions and that's it

Absolutely not, it was from before the event. As stated in the post all runs before/after the event will not be considered in the competition
