Shaman/Skyseer Can someone make a build for me?

Im a lvl 84 Shaman with the summoner playstyle, i dont have much money to my name, only like 50K and i dont want any crafted items at all, i have no clue how to make a good build myself and i need help :(
Some survivability would be nice but damage is preferred ofcourse

this isn't really optimized, but it has high walkspeed & good ehp for its level, and also heal rate is high thanks to Furious Effigy major ID
you can go for Invigorating Wave instead of Shepherd if you want

While stat-wise it isn't great, each puppet has its own stealing cooldown and tracker, meaning you get loads of emeralds. Add greed and suddenly you're immortal so long as you pick up emeralds rather than fighting. My friend used this build until 95 and even soloed CoW with it at lvl 75 (Granted it was slightly lower lvl.) (they didn't have to do anything besides uproot the totems and CoW.) In terms of damage, CoW was defeated in 1 min at most. (I saw them battle it.) Night rush is great for survivability with +30 agi. (Also remaining skill points should go into strength.)

 

you can use Vindicator for Magnet, then you don't need to walk around to pick up emeralds

 

You need full Jester Set. Also magnet just makes it take longer to pick up things. (All my lower level classes take forever to pick stuff up.) I had the same idea, but you have to design the build with crafteds to be able to pull of magnet.

 

why would you need full jester set? for the stealing?

 

yes. the whole point of the build is stealing. maybe you could put vindicator in, but then the jester set bonus becomes lessened, and there's no point in wearing two or one pieces, barely any wearing 3. If you take out jester bracelet, most of the numbers (including stealing) drop. Besides you can still cast aura, totem, and uproot while running around picking up emeralds. The only real requirement is a good emerald pouch, although the price of those has dropped to like 5eb. But hey, if you want to you can. I'm just saying the build works without magnet.

well at 84lv two Ring of Rubies, Jackpot and Hallfred's Greed give you more stealing than Jester set(though the stats are a lot more random so that's somewhat of a minus) , and even if you put off the bracelet for Vindicator with Jester it's only a 5% decrease to 27%
given that wynnbuilder counts everything as max stats it can differ but i'd think that would work nonetheless, no?

anyway yeah magnet isn't necessary, just thought it'd be a qol addon but if magnet really slows you down then it's no use i suppose

 

Well, I did not know that. Thanks. It's just I didn't design this build, I just know the person who did. I suggested stuff but the reason it doesn't use that stuff is because it was made not by searching WynnAtlas, but through their collection of items.
