Community Event Survey: Mythic Odds from Lootrunning Reward Chest

    Hello everyone,

    With the Lootrunning Update live (for the last week and a half), I have decided to collect drop chance data from lootrunners large and small to help obtain some semblance of a drop rate for any mythic, per pull, from the Reward Chest. As such, I have created a repeatable mini-survey for everyone to fill out and collect metrics from lootruns in order to get a meaningful drop rate data. You need to fill in the following details for an individual run you have completed (i.e. you submit a single run's data at a time):
    • Your IGN (to verify it's coming from a human)
    • Number of pulls you got from the Reward Chest
    • Number of rerolls you have used on the Reward Chest
    • Number of mythics you got from those pulls
    A massive amount of data is needed, so every little helps!

    Do you want like how many pulls total or just for that one run? Like I just got a conv with 70 pulls and 4rr but I’d been dry for some amount probably around 1k pulls. So do you want the total number or just specific run? The more I’m typing the more I feel like this is a dumb question but I’m still not sure so

    You'll have to submit the number of pulls you got for singular runs rather than all the runs combined.

    Be very careful of bias. For example, I will be more willing to fill the survey if I found a mythic for that run verses not.

    I HIGHLY suggest you get a group of people you trust to do hundreds of lootruns together and make sure to report every run and then do your data analysis from there.
