Stuck on Christmas Chaos quest

    I was doing the Christmas Chaos quest and logged off. I got back on over a week later and I cannot progress the quest past the step where I'm supposed to find a survivor to find out what happened. I found some Selchar citizens but they won't do anything, I've tried everything that I can think of. Help!

    The survivor that you have to find is Old Tom, he is located at around -5965, -12999, and is underground, you have to walk down the stairs to find him.
    But be quick tho, this quest is getting deleted in the next update. So complete it before 2.0.3 comes out!
