White Horse Disappeared During Arachnids' Ascent

    I was doing the Arachnids' Ascent quest on a new character and my 40/40 White Horse disappeared from my inventory at some point. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there any way I can get it back? I do not want to gamble for another one and then level it all the way back up.

    Causal no refund policy rule

    Was your horse in item lock, and was your inventory also filled meanwhile?

    If you are lucky you can get a chestnut horse from raid. You can buy another or find one, and you can try to upgrade it or take it to CDS dungeon in forgery to get a 35/35 horse if you don’t wanna gamble

    Always, always /itemlock your valuable items like Mythics, White Horses and certain Crafted Items. Wynncraft has a strict "no refunds" policy, so the only way to get it back is to breed another White Horse or buy it from Trade Market.

    Raids can give horses up to Chestnut, and there has been rumors that even White Horses were obtained from high level raids (just a rumor).

    what's up with the no refund policy? I see so many new players getting screwed over by it - is it just because people could fake reports to get free stuff?

    I have the same question as Mard - Why the no refund policy? I often see people getting wrecked by it, and the only reason I see is fake reports.
    Anyways, its a very sensible idea to ALWAYS do /itemlock on any items you care about.
