Get your orbs up and left click. Heal as needed to keep orbs healthy (don’t spam heal, let all of orphion’s pulses happen), and use ice snake occasionally if you need to reset spell costs. Avoid taking damage with high walk speed.

Build also works well in raids, as it was designed specifically for tna, but performs very well in general content as well.
