Shaman/Skyseer Help Lvl 73 Shaman Summoner

Hi, can anyone help me make a good build for Lvl 73 Shaman Summoner build
I would like to focus mostly on damage and reducing mana costs. But also some EHP.

Hi, this has alot of hp, but im not sure about the damage? The summons do damage depending on my own dps. So it needs to be high for the minions dps to be high i think

yea. But i think if my dps is low, my summons do low damage aswell, or does this build depend on something else?
