Archer/Hunter Help How do Crafted Bows work

this is a generic rainbow build with a Crafted Bow recipe i yoinked from somewhere. it says it's doing 120k storms without powders, yet if i put powders in, the dmg halves to about 65k. like, is this a wynnbuilder only thing or am i supposed to use then without powders? or are you supposed to put powders because you don't want raw dmg or something? me no experience with crafted weapons and i am confused.

 

Seems like a wynnbuilder bug to me. When you remove an armor piece, the arrow storm damage drops down to 65k. I don’t think intensity or tenuto boosts your damage that much. The 120k is the bugged value, while the 68k is the true value.

 

yeah i thought there's no way that deals that amount of dmg
it's quite weird, especially when you see the dmg values
the numbers usually go like [lower-higher] but on this, it's [higher-lower]

 

It’s not the crafted bow, it’s epilogue with the elemental damage raw thing

 

then is that damage actually legit?
i've heard you make your build have raw dmg with Violet-Shift and i'm guessing it's a similar case if so

 

Probably wynnbuilder bug, no way 235 Raw elemental almost triples your damage

 

and somehow the bomb damage goes down

It looks like some bug that's counting raw damage as additive damage for some reason... when you're using unpowdered crafted weapons only (somehow...?)
