Heroes Festival Merchants

I wanted to buy an Eleventh Hour from the festival, but unfortunately I was unable to grind it out before the festival ended. As of now there are no merchants for the festival of heroes on the Isles of Fiction that I can see, am I blind or were they just forgotten?

they aint adding merchant i think

 

that would be highly unfortunate, because I have several builds I would like to make right now with those items

The Claim to Heroism merchants will be added in the next map push, which will be soon (tm).

 

Not exactly the topic of this thread but is it only insane to me that a non-mythic item with a Major ID as powerful as SSac is added as a time-limited event item?

 

not time-limited, the equipment from the event will be available at the isles of fiction the next time the map is pushed
