About the my Old Ban Appeal at 2017 being move to Denied Ban Appeal

So back at 2017 I was being ban due to "Using Keyboard or Mouse Marco On A Loop", so then I have applied for a Ban Appeal, Moe_Ronickah is the Moderater who have review the Ban Appeal and contacted me back (The main part of the conversation is in the screenshot), due to the fact my English is very bad back 2017 and when I see the word "Unban" and I thought I am unbaned, which is not and I now I am stick this awkward position where I can not contact Moe_Ronickah due to the fact he is not active for one year and I cannot do much about it, I have try pm him at like 4 days ago. What should I do now? Please let me know thanks! :::)

I would suggest to dm @Chigo_ or @BTK2000 about this, I'm sure they'd be glad to help you. Good luck with your appeal.
