How many provinces are there?

There was(/is) a discussion in another thread about how many provinces there are in Wynn. So I thought why not make a thread about this to see what everybody thinks.
Please vote in the poll on all places of which you think that they are a province.

I think that Wynn and Gavel are obviously provinces, since they're always called provinces, they are kinda independent land masses and have a very distinct "culture" (if you can call it that).
For the same reasons, I would call Fruma a province as well, although it is not yet accessible.
Corkus gets a bit more difficult. Since the corkians think of Corkus as a province, but it is not recognized as one by Wynn, Gavel and especially Fruma. However, it is marked with yellow letters on the official map like Wynn and Gavel and it has all things I previously mentioned for Wynn and gavel. So I think that Gavel is a province as well.
The Silent Expanse gets even more complicated. It does have a yellow name on the map, it is separated from the other areas and it is very different from them. However, I still think that it is not a province, since it used to be part of Wynn before it was taken over and it was probably pretty similar to Wynn as well at that time. The Silent Expanse also does not have a clear "culture" since there aren't really many people living there anymore. although I do not know anything about this since I'm only barely lvl 70.
The ocean isn't a province in my opinion since it doesn't have yellow letters and is mostly water. I'm not sure to which provinces the islands would belong or if they even belong to one but whatever.
Finally I really hope and believe that there are more provinces that are unknown to us (and maybe even the devs as well), since that would mean more content woohoo and it would be pretty weird if the wynn world would just end and was relatively small (compared to earth)

But lets be honest, what does a province even mean in Wynncraft? I don't think that there exists an official definition somewhere.. (in other words this whole thread is pointless)

 

Wynn, gavel , fruma, and corkus are all provinces (corkus is new so it doesn't get as much recognition) Ocean is many seperate settlements. Silent expanse is its own thing, (probably used to be wynn) but it has no government or real townspeople (with souls) so im not counting it. 4 provinces in total is my opinion

Yeah, I see thi thread. Imo there are 3 provinces : Gavel, wynn and corcus island, but when fruma realised, I will say is fruma prowince or not.

Provinces is a region that have own leader, so Fruma, Ragni, Gavel, And Corkus is province cuz it have own leaders. Ocean is nature, ofc ;-;. Silent expanse is idk, fiction worlds??

 

Wynn, Fruma, and Gavel are provinces. Corkus is trying to become a province but is not yet one, and when you play through the game Corkus is still on the road to Province status. Who knows, maybe later down the line you could see it finally be recognized by the rest of the world as a Province?

Silent Expanse was/is part of Wynn, but is now kind of its own thing that nobody knows about and even if they did they'd definitely not want to even try to govern
