Stuck on quest: "A Sandy Scandal"

So when i went to do the sandy scandal quest,i thought i was stuck in a cutscene so i did /kill. I wasnt stuck, but now i cant progress... can anyone help me? (yes i tried /fixquests)

 

Go to the house at 959 -1898 then go up stairs and in the safe, make sure your quest book updates to "talk to the almuj bank guard etc etc" before leaving

 

I literally cant open the safe
and its closed

 

The safe is already open, are you sure you are at the right spot? It's a house that teleports you inside, then you go up the stairs, there is fire and you enter the safe to inspect it. It's not the house where you have to open the safe with the code, it's a different house.

 

for me it says that i cant go into the house because it just got robbed ;-; so i cant enter it. I can glitch into it but the cutscene doesnt load

it works all of a sudden.... well.. thanks! i guess. I did another quest so maybe that did it
