How to go through the entrance of TCC?

Hi I completed the quest Breaking Point and it gave me an ancient dogun crystal. It says it can unlock The Canyon Colossus but I cant use it on the door. I saw a youtube video and there should be a floating message in front of the door saying to right click to unlock, but the message doesnt show in my game. I tried /class, /kill, /hub, restarted minecraft and it still doesnt work. I also tried unlocking TCC with another class that is above lvl 95 but hasnt completed Breaking Point yet and it also doesnt show the message.

Have you tried spamming right click all over the door? The trigger should still be there, just invisible.

 

Yup I tried spamclicking everywhere, but it still doesn't work.

Bumping this, my friend also can't access the dungeon when we were trying to do raids. No floating message at the door even after relogging and restarting Minecraft. A fix would be appreciated!

 

I don’t know how it is on your first class if you haven’t unlocked it but have completed the quest, but on any other class that is above the required level the tcc queue shows up in pfinder and once you get warped in to the raid keeper the door is. Not there anymore once you leave. I don’t know if it shows up in pfinder if you only completed the quest on your first class without unlocking it though
