The sun lures, it seems to promise, but all that will be left are the seared remains of us and our civilisation.

The Darkness may look sad, but it provides safety and stability one could otherwise only dream of. It kills, sure, but doesn't the sun too? Darkness promised slow and calm decay, not spontaneous and cruel flash of light. It gives time, time to survive, to adapt and one day, hopefully, fight.

We might be blind, but is it bad? Arem't we glad when we are blind to the heat pf furnace, blind to the cold of space? We blind ourselves from what harms us.

This is why the border is not an option. You cannot walk on the edge when one constantly tries to push you over.

And the Light is volatility. Everything will come to an end, but we can live knowing we have time, we can try to prolong it. We don't have to fear that one moment everything will be gone.
