Silverbull problem

I recently bought a sub for the month and even got charged but it isnt active on my account I have no idea how to fix or even contact support about this

 

If you bought something just now, wait at least an hour for the purchase to go through. It may take a while sometimes.

If nothing has happened after that, try emailing [email protected] (pretty sure that's the support email) about the issue. They have access to the inner workings of the store and store purchases and can get that worked out for you. Alternatively, you could wait for a reply from Hams or someone else on the support team to help verify your purchase, though that's not guaranteed.

The email should be responded to in a few days maximum and you should have your issue resolved at that point.
