Do you have an alternative for the dagger that doesnt give -200000 Health

 

well he probably does but if your multihit does 88k damage and you actually afford fricking cataclysm id say take it, learn how to play glass or just use the nirvana build he sent

 

22k ehp is still a lot for a cataclysm build

 

There is no one best build, but that's why people still make builds.
You definitely want a lot of mana regen though, and mana steal is rarely impactful because you generally shouldn't be in melee range.

 

Mana steal is still possible with acrobat, just spin multi melee while hovering over the enemy

 

It's just bad, and you have better options. You can proc it, but moving around a lot is generally better if you don't like getting spammed and dying.

plays identically to the cata build. If you want more mana replace fusion necklace or vaward. Assign sp how you want (str/int probably best here)

The link has the 28 spare sp assigned into str/agi. So you can push for more damage or change some items to try and squeeze out more damage

 

Can you also use this dagger with the build that deltawave send? Or mix the 2

i used this one and it can solo LI very easily, this same build can be used for trickster aswell

It has slightly worse stats than @DeltaWave 's build in terms of DMG/HP, but it has a lot of freely assignable skill points, allowing you to easily adapt the build for max damage/defense/dodge on the fly without needing to switch any gear. Whether that's worth the tradeoff is for you to decide, for me it is.
