About scrolls…

So I started a new profile on archer after getting bored of grinding profs on assassin .And I wanted to save some time to getting to troms again for other troms quests in the future. But it turns out I can’t teleport because of the tower of ascension quest counting as a storyline quest and I effectively can’t use any scrolls until I beat it which I doubt I can because of skill issue and current level (54)
Does anyone know if this is a bug or if there’s a work around because I get what they are trying to do by preventing teleportation while in quest but for quests like tower and qira it feels a bit… unnecessary

edit: I don’t sweat hard so at most I level like 1-4 times a day

 

If it says "You cannot teleport while in a storyline!" typing /class and then reselecting your class will let you use tp scrolls again.
