How do I get to Fruma?

I found the big gate but it wont let me in. Do I need to do a quest? plz help :(

Fruma isn't even in the game yet

 

We announced that the next major update will be Fruma. That major update has not occured yet.

 

I just wanted to say... Thank you CT team for making fruma at last. Every update, I am always slightly disappointed that it was not Fruma (been waiting since 2016 ish). Heck, even 2.0 I was like "as cool as this is... I really hope Fruma is next". To be honest, I was expecting a wynn/ocean rework first, so I thank you all for deciding on Fruma. In my mind, Fruma is going to be really hard to get a satisfying lore for this place, but I'm sure you guys know what you are doing. It's kinda just... impossible to predict what will go down there. I wonder how many quest drafts I will start this year...
