I think Diamond Hydro would be better than Moon Pool anyway, come to think of it.

Mmm if using Abyss-Leggings might as well use Galleon for stealing, right? Saves the thunder defence - unlike if you were to slot in Leviathan.

This build is pretty good, but it's not an EWA build.
Replace the Ophiuchus with Greaves of the Veneer if you need more ehp.

 

Any reason specifically as to why Gale’s Force is better than Spring?

 

more ehp, more speed and more damages.
for about mana sustain, that spring build is better, but Gale's Force builds mana sustain is already enough.
also, basically hpr is better than greed because you don't need pick up emeralds.
