Cant log into Wynncraft ReadTimeoutException : null

I am a new player trying to log into Wynncraft for the first time and have a problem.
i cant log in because of the timeout and it has nothing to do with my internet because it works on everything else just not wynncraft. If someone knows how i fix this please respond.

 

either it's because of mod or there's a launcher error. try relogin

Sorry I don't. I'm the least helpful person you can ask for help cuz I haven't played Wynn for more than a month now :/
