error with Recover The Past quest

Hi there, I had begun the recover the past quest, all the way up until the beginning of the fight on the bridge, however once i had begun, I disconnected from the server. However, when i logged back in, I can no longer see Reynauld at all, and when I continue to track the quest, it says Help Reynauld Defeat the Corrupted invasion at the bridge. Is there a way to restart the quest, whenever I try to talk to Dr. Picard, who is the only NPC i see, he says Are you getting my test subjects for me?

 

Go to the bridge at 34 66 -1245, he should be waiting for you there to continue the quest
