Doesn't work for me

In "Realm of Light IV" there's a part where you have to search for a library, and to get there you need to make a bell fall down to get access to it.
Problem is, it doesnt't work for me.
I've tried /class /wcl and even rejoining the server, no matter what i do the bell doesn't fall when i right click the particles.
The "Realm of Light" quest sequence is very important to the story and im unable to do part IV because of this, help?

 

Make sure you have read the book/page NPC in the library that tells you about the church bell and the ladders. I've skipped that part before and noticed the bell seems to do nothing until I interact with that NPC
