What is this ban reason?

I have a friend who bought hero rank like 2 days ago. He did not do any suspicious things that can get him banned, he did not click refund in store or anything. Can someone explain what is this store chargeback thing?

After getting banned he realized he suddenly have champion rank but he did not buy it.

 

Did your friend ever see a notification say that champion rank was purchased when he did not buy it? And if he did, did he ever receive any notification afterwards before logging out of the game?

Basically what likely happened was someone bought champion (or anything really) from the store under his IGN and then refunded it, which results in the IGN getting banned immediately for store chargebacking. If your friend did not refund anything from the store and has proof someone else bought something with the intent to get him banned, the mods should unban him without any issue, assuming he's innocent.

It's a rare occurrence but it does happen from time to time. Blame the store system for allowing that to happen.

 

He did not refund anything, he was afk the whole time after the hero rank purchase and he got banned as soon of he came back so he did not see any notification. Hope an admin will fix this issue.

He have emailed the support team and it have been a few days, he did not get a proper response.

 

It will take a few days to resolve, the ticket is logged though and will be reviewed, i can confirm you that.
