Bug with patcher?

I recently downloaded patcher but every time I walk a random piece of armor appears on my screen. I don't want to remove patcher because it has some nice qol/bug fixes. Any idea how to stop it?

 

Pretty sure that patcher has a history of being buggy with Wynn...or maybe it's a different mod. But either way, this isn't the first time I've heard of patcher causing issues.

I'd first check to see if it's potentially having interaction issues with other mods but if you aren't using anything else then it's likely just patcher being...patcher (in which case either make sure it's updated or remove it entirely). You kinda have to do trial by error to see what works and doesn't work (unless someone else who has had this issue and fixed it can provide their insight)
