An Iron heart II Talk to Daxe not proceeding.

I was minding my own business to do Iron Heart 2, it said that I had to follow the west road and speak with Daxe. it has 1/3 dialog, which in short terms I need the golem command chip which I already have and it doesn't go any further, I've tried quitting and re-joining the game to see if that fixed it but nothing happens, I've tried reloading my quest book multiple times, that also had no luck.

Lemme know what else I can do because I'm stumped, thank you. :)

 

You could try throwing it away and getting a new chip from Duvale.

 

Sorry for late reply, I was starting a new character because friends started playing, this did work thank you so much.
