A Sandy Scandal quest broken

I’m on level 64 and for a very long time I have not been able to finish the “A Sandy Scandal” quest along with the “Jungle Fever” quest as it requires access to the Almuj Bank. At some point, I was able to finish “A Sandy Scandal” and got access to the bank but then for some unknown reason it reset and I lost access to the bank and until now I still can’t access the bank.

I tried to do the quest again and it said that I need to “Talk to the Almuj Bank Guard at [976,83,-1963]” but when I click on him, all he says is: “Have you been reading the witness reports?”

I tried everything like retracing the quest steps from the wiki (I even still have the witness report 1 and 2 item). I also tried to go into both the black portal thingy where the bandit’s hideout and the boss fight are located but NOTHING works.

What should I do??? :( Is it possible for the mods to fully reset the quest for me? Or maybe just give me access to the Almuj Bank?

 

check on a videoquestguide and check if you get teleported when you go to the different crime scenes

 

Did you already get the dialogue with the npc running towards you to tell something was happening?

 

I followed a youtube guide and none of the crime scenes teleported me except for one, where we were told to “Find the source of the detonation” but even then when I teleported back, nothing changed and still stuck :(

Hi, sorry to bother. Are there any updates on the problem I’m facing? It just bugs me that I have 2 unfinished quests

 

Btw just letting you know, next map update (no ETA yet), you should be able to continue the quest normally
