Warrior/Knight Lvl 44 Warrior build

I am in need of a build for my level 44 warrior.
Ability tree and skill point configs are welcome, but not Fallen.
I also have no skills.

 

What are you using now and what do you like and dislike about it?

 

I'm not really using anything right now, because I accidentally messed up my skill points and I don't know how I had them before. So I came here for some help.

Karma is by far the best spear at-level, just it takes like a lot of sand swept tomb runs so it's understandable if you don't want to grind for it

so use Pulsar if you don't.
I'm not 100% sure about the tree but I'd recommend going down the battle monk path.
Whirlwind strike is very important but honestly you can get whatever
