    "Use the whole riddle"
This sentence has to be important as it is named: Noble
(Answer is 5 letter word that is NOT noble)

There is also the fact that the riddle is named "Riddle #1 (8 LE)"

I think both sentences are part of the riddle, not just the part not in paranthesis.
Or all three if you see "This sentence has to be important as it is named" and "Noble" as different sentences.

    "what stands out?"

The fact that sentences themselves aren't normally named.
"names of sentences" in google returns this for me:
    upload_2022-12-20_19-59-59.png
"This sentence has to be important is it is named" is a declarative sentence.
but there also exists a differentiation in terms of structure
    upload_2022-12-20_20-2-15.png
"This sentence has to be important is it is named" is a complex sentence.

It's ambiguous wether "Noble" is the way that the sentence is named or the name of the sentence"

there are words left out in the riddle. It would normally say
    "
This sentence has to be important as it is named: Noble -> This sentence has to be as important as it is named: "Noble" | This sentence has to be important because it is named "Noble"
(Answer is 5 letter word that is NOT noble) -> (The answer is a 5 letter word that is NOT noble)
    "
honestly though I think that the oddities in the way your sentences are formed are likely because you appear to be a foreign speaker. Since the non-riddle related sentences also have quirks that are technically mostly correct but not the way a native speaker would phrase it. Similairly because your out-of-riddle text is not 100% the norm for english speakers I doubt that the answer lies in the fact that the sentence is a declarative complex sentence.

The fact that the question we are supposed to answer is left ambiguous, are we supposed to name the sentence itself?

it's left ambiguous if the "this sentence" in "This sentence has to be important is it is named" refers to the sentence it is in, or the word: "Noble", which would then be interpreted as a sentence. But "noble is just the key" so I'll assume it refers to the sentence it is in. It might also refer to the answer. But google doesn't give me any results of sentence words (words that are also full sentences) that are 5 letters long.

the word "named" also has five letters so the answer could be "named:noble". So maybe figure out what named becomes if you take the key of noble.

    -----
Assuming noble is a key in the most common way words are used as keys. Alphabetically
    upload_2022-12-20_20-24-51.png
    N-O-B-L-E = 14-15-2-12-5
    N-A-M-E-D = 14-1-13-5-4
    N-A-M-E-D + N-O-B-L-E = 28-16-15-17-9 = 2-16-15-17-9 = B-P-O-Q-I
doubt the answer is Bpoqi. Since there is only an uppercase for the first letter and no word ends in poqi, this answer is not wrong because of case sensitivity.

I do think that I am on the right track with the "named:noble" part though. Seems like it'd be a weird coincidence if the sentence says "as it is ...", without the ... being what "it is". Especially since "Noble" is a key to get something that is a 5 letter word. Which really makes me think you need a 5 letter input word + a 5 letter key to get a 5 letter output word.

So let's try a different key. ASCII, the worlds most used symbols. Also slightly more likely since Noble is Case-sensitive.
    upload_2022-12-20_20-32-54.png
    N-o-b-l-e = 78-111-98-108-101
    n-a-m-e-d = 110-97-109-101-100
    n-a-m-e-d + N-o-b-l-e = 188-208-207-209-201 = 61-..., 61 = "=", so probs not this. Don't feel like adding the rest together.

The word noble has several meanings, "highborn", "selfless", etc. Maybe something to do with that

in the name of the riddle ("Riddle #1 (8 LE)), the number "8" is used. If this were interpreted as a word, it would also be a five letter word. Unlikely that this is the right part for the cipher because it is not the full name, maybe (8 LE) is not even ment as part of the name, maybe the name of the riddle does not even matter, and if it were important to see the 8 as "eight", it really should be spelled out like that. But let's try with "eight" instead of "named" for the simple cipher anyway.

    N-O-B-L-E = 14-15-2-12-5
    E-I-G-H-T = 5-9-7-8-20
    EIGHT + NOBLE = 19-24-9-20-25 = SXITY.
    Almost a word, very saddening.

"column noble" also doesn't appear to be anything. Gives me noble gasses as a result.

    what is left?

idk I assume I got what stands out wrong here

how can you connect the two?

The correct answer to "what stands out" + the correct answer to "what is left" * noble

“Noble” is just the key; why is the answer five letters?

Because this hint states that "Noble" is a key and the same hint speaks about the answer being five letters I am gonna assume that the answer needs to be the same amount of letters as the key.

There are alot of things left ambiguous. Many I haven't even spoken about in my thought process spoiler because I couldn't find how either interpretation would lead to an answer. With riddles the way things are phrased are often very important and I think you made some assumptions about the way you've seen things phrased in other riddles also being normal for us.
Like I've never before seen the format of "sentence":"key". Would never have figured out that "noble" is a key for something if that was not said in the hint.
But I am also doubting wether your understanding of what a "key" is would be the same as mine because, unless the riddle also somehow tells how to use said key and not just what the key should be used on (in which case huge respect for on fitting all that in two sentences + maybe the riddles name), people just kind of have to guess.

    Anyways, my best guess is:
    Bpoqi.

I know it's not a word but what is a word really am I right? (existentialist tears)

(also, I kinda went full analytical grammar nazi no longer caring about the way I phrased things here when I said things like "Since the non-riddle related sentences also have quirks that are technically mostly correct but not the way a native speaker would phrase it". It's cool that you make riddles, and when I see the answer I'll probably be like omg yes. Please don't feel bad about how well you can write english sentences. "technically mostly correct" just means that if I were a huge nitpicker, which I am when it comes to riddles, I believe that there were parts that could be phrased better. If I didn't have fun looking at it I wouldn't make this post as big as it is.)

Read through the thought process again. Anything in parentheses is only meant to help you. The whole riddle is:

This sentence has to be important as it is named: Noble

Hi, I just woke up. I barely care for the prize and am willing to share my data, this is where my thought process was when I got to sleep:

This sentence has to be important as it is named: Noble
(Answer is 5 letter word that is NOT noble)
Use the whole riddle; what stands out?; what is left?; how can you connect the two?; “Noble” is just the key; why is the answer five letters?

THE HOLY WORDS: stbinNAlwNn Tbaiii5tin or STBIN-THAII
this is where attempt one went wrong, the phrase is a lie => THE HOLY PHRASE, CONNECTOR OF THE TWO: "To be as it is," TBAII
    THE HOLY IDENTITY: SIN-TH

I assumed that "use the whole riddle" meant the part in parenthesis too, but I'm really overthinking this, most of yall focusing on nothing outside the Noble clue, of course DungeonBee would repeat that.

    stbin-thaii stbin-thaii
    how can i connect them?
    NOBLE: 14 . 15 . 2. 13. 5 .
    STBIN: 19 . 20 . 2 . 9 . 14 .
    THAII 20 . 8 . 1 . 9 . 9 .
    TBAII: 20 . 2 . 1 . 9 . 9 .

I legally can't make a guess until 6:45 AM UTC or, more likely, the hint.
