The Store Bugged and Support is Unresponsive, What now?

I Made the attempt to Redeem both my free monthly crate, and the 3 Free Winter whatever crates at the same time

It bugged, only gave me the monthly crate, and refuses to let me Redeem the 3 free crates to Actually Recieve them.

Support has been unresponsive, so what's the next Move?

 

I would try testing again to see if you can get the 3 free crates, I've had situations where I didn't receive them but was able to try again later and successfully receive them. Support usually takes around a week or two to reply so that may be why you haven't received a response yet

 

You can also try just waiting a while and coming back later, sometimes shop purchases take a short time to update

 

I literally have tried Every Day at this point for.. 4-5 days

 

i guess contact support at this point

 

I've made a thread tracking the issue, and I continue to attempt to reach them every day.

I guess I'll get it eventually, I really want that cute witch hat.
