Mage/Dark Wizard Help lvl 64 mage build

I also don't know which archetype to use and what abilities to unlock.

 

Maybe just grab some random lvl 60-70 legendaries from trade market and make a nice ability-tree

I'm a bit confused why people ask for low-level or mid-level "builds" since they'll quickly be replaced, that's like, "premature optimization is the root of all evil"?
