Archer/Hunter Which one of these 2 sharpshooter builds is at least somewhat decent?

And which one might actually be not terrible against Qira, TNA, EO, LI and Dungeon Chest?

I personally found the second one to be more difficult to play with, but is it actually stronger and requires better skill?

I didn't quite understand what you meant by that since I'm ukrainian and "biased" is one of those words I'm unfamiliar with.

And how does Draoi Fair really fit in my OLily build if everything it gives is a small amount of earth and water defense and a bunch of minor bonuses that I see as negligible?

Biased means that his decision is parcial, polarized. And both those builds have space for improvements. Imo the sniper build is more fun, but harder to play with. You can try using this, lower dmg but much more survivability
