Mage/Dark Wizard Meta mage currently on the game/Loot running build

basically, what is the meta build currently for mages in general? mine is from 2019 and, well, lets say its very bad

 

In general mage has got a huge nerf so right now you won't have a huge dps as previously. If you want a build it all depends from archetype, tell me witch one and i'll try figure out an answer based on my mage experience.

 

Nerfed? I think it got buffed even though it wasn't to the extent of Fallen Warrior or Archer. Riftbender and Entropy Arcanist are pretty strong mage options right now. But anyway, let me send two builds real quick: one riftbender (good sustained damage and amazing healing), and one arcanist (high burst damage but no healing).

Damn that's a nice riftbender build

 

I do not care if it does less damage than warrior or archer the class is fun to play

also do you have any better builds you would like to share with us?

Being called an NPC by someone who just acts like a generic miserable asshole to everyone is rich.

 

It never had in the first place, mage got buffed but not to archer levels of damage
